Heading into April
A message from Luke
Heading into April and we can feel the first changes of the season. This weekend was an important time as we pause to celebrate Easter. A time for many of us to acknowledge the true meaning and hope of Easter that can be found for all. I hope you all had a blessed weekend with your loved ones, enjoying a time of reflection, forgiveness, renewal, and hope. As we find ourselves in the middle of school holidays, I have listed below free activities for the kids to enjoy over the break. I am hearing from many of you around the electorate that times are becoming increasingly tougher under the Albanese Labor Government. From 13 interest rate rises, to increasing rent prices and a housing crisis, grocery prices soaring and electricity bills skyrocketing. Anthony Albanese and his Ministers do not have the best interest of the Australian people in mind and it shows. I will continue to do my best in holding the Government to account for their bad decisions and inaction. From Petrie to Parliament, I am your trusted voice to prosecute the issues that matter most to you. Have a wonderful April, and I look forward to seeing you around the electorate. Hon. Luke Howarth MP Federal Member for Petrie Shadow Assistant Treasurer Shadow Minister for Financial Services

NRL DOLPHINS 2024 SEASON
The 2024 NRL Season has kicked off and I couldn't be prouder of our Dolphins. Always giving 100% in every game and never giving up. An incredible example for our young ones to learn with sport. I was lucky enough to catch up with Dolphins stars Josh Kerr and Isaiya Katoa a few weeks ago. Chatting all things Redcliffe, Pre-Season training, footy and coffee. Make sure you get down to Kayo Stadium or Suncorp Stadium to support our mighty Dolphins. #PhinsUP
