Exciting FREE Community Event Inside
The warm weather is setting back in and it feels good!
Apart from Parliament Sittings, I am looking forward to spending quality time in the electorate this month. More time in this great weather, more time meeting new people and more time connecting with community.Â
One major highlight for the month of September is the Mums & Bubs Expo that I am hosting!Â
Come along on Friday 27 September from 9am at North Lakes Town Park (Lake Eden) and enjoy the free community event.Â
There will be Face Painting, Food Trucks, Messy Play, Coffee Vans, Educational stalls, Live Music, a Jumping Castle, Petting Zoo & More. Bring the whole family, your bubs and friends for an awesome morning of fun. I hope to see you there.

The ongoing feud between the CFMEU and Labor is causing a major distraction for both State and Federal Governments and it isn’t allowing them to focus on the Australian people. Over the last month, the relationship that Labor has had with the CFMEU just highlights that they only govern for Unions and not for the Australians.Â
Thanks to the persistence of Shadow Attorney-General, Senator Michaelia Cash and Coalition Senators, amendments have been made to the bill for the CFMEU to be placed into Administration.
Aside from that, I understand how tough times are under this Federal Albanese Labor Government and the State Miles Labor Government. With food prices up, insurance costs skyrocketing and energy bills continuing to increase, it’s hard to fathom what the Labor Governments plans are moving forward, after their one-off subsides.Â
The Federal Coalition has a plan to reduce energy bills and have consistent energy within our country with Nuclear Energy. For more information on our plan click here:Â Australia needs nuclear

I had the pleasure of visiting Holy Spirit College in Fitzgibbon this month to check in on the expansion of their facilities.Â
Since I visited last, there has been an enormous amount of growth! Plus the students are loving their new learning spaces.
Kindy Flag Presentations
Presenting kindy students from all over the electorate with new National Flags for their care facilities.
Teaching them about what the flags mean instils an early appreciation for our nation’s history.
Planting the seed of knowledge and respect for their country.Â

Lucky enough to catch up with Dolphins stars Sean O’Sullivan and Felise Kaufusi recently to chat about all things Redcliffe and Rugby League.
