More than 100 local residents, business owners and past and present Members of Parliament gathered at 40 Hornibrook Esplanade yesterday for the Official Opening of the Petrie Electorate Office.
The celebration began at 3PM with the arrival of Chief Government Whip and Member for Berowra the Hon. Philip Ruddock MP.
The Federal Member for Petrie Luke Howarth MP was pleased to see so much support and interest in the Petrie electorate.
“The Petrie Electorate Office is an avenue of assistance for local residents and business owners with Federal issues and concerns.”
“I’m thrilled that the celebration was such a success, and pleased to declare the Office officially open.”
Small business advisor and Office Opening guest Peter Solly said he expects only the very best from Mr Howarth MP.
“Luke is such a hard-working man, he’s done so much for the community in his role all ready and I’m certain he’ll continue representing the people of Petrie with sincere care and integrity.”
Founder of online community radio station 4WowFM Lewis Freeman said he was grateful to have Luke as a proud sponsor.
“Luke’s a fantastic guy and it was awesome to see such a good turn-out.”
